Our company mainly deals with products from Rosemount, EJA, SOR, WIKA, E+H, and Tokyo Kikai. Our role is to assist customers with product selection, quotation, as well as providing technical support and maintenance services! Any good suggestions?
First, familiarize yourself with the product manuals and understand the differences between various products. For example, Rosemount and EJA products fall into almost the same category; therefore, when customers ask questions, you should be able to immediately recall which brand and series of products can be offered to them. This information is more or less covered in the product manuals.
