Selection of pressure transmitters for oxygen pipelines

I’m seeking advice from experts: when installing pressure/differential pressure transmitters on oxygen pipelines, are there any requirements regarding the model selection of the pressure transmitters? If the transmitter is filled with silicone oil, could there be any danger if the diaphragm is damaged?
To avoid contamination by oxygen, sapphire or monocrystalline silicon is generally chosen
Silicone oil is not dangerous, so there’s no need for sapphire – it’s too expensive; diffused silicon will do just fine.
Be sure to follow the scope of application indicated in the instructions; whether it can be used is specified there. This cannot be decided by discussing its feasibility. Especially when used in high-stress situations, one should be more cautious.
