In daily use, pressure gauges often encounter the following problems: 1. The fan-shaped teeth of the pressure gauge tend to wear out after being in use for a while. 2. The gauge pointer is pushed below its stop position due to the sudden pulse in the medium being measured. 3. The gauge pointer does not return to zero after the pipeline or equipment is depressurized. To address the above issues, the engineers at Chengfeng Instruments shared the following corresponding solutions: 1. Widening the fan-shaped teeth at the edge of the component to improve the contact surface and enhance wear resistance, thereby extending its service life. 2. The movement of a gauge is its core component; over 80% of gauge failures occur due to damage to the movement, which renders the gauge unusable. By adding limit pins to the existing movement, the problem of gear shifting in the gauge has been resolved. 3. Add isolation spacers to resolve the issue of the instrument not returning to zero.
