After pressurizing at the L end, the pressure does not return to zero when released. After applying pressure at the H end and then releasing it, the value returns to zero. What could be the problem? It’s possible that recalibrating the handheld controller will resolve this issue
Based solely on the description, this table is bad. .
It’s under reverse compression, so its performance must be very poor,,, it’s not completely broken though. The reasons are omitted for brevity. Applying pressure in the positive direction to the sensor, and ensuring that the pressure in chamber H is always higher than that in chamber L, is a common sense principle for using the sensor safely and correctly. Install the piping according to this principle to prevent the instrument from being under pressure in the opposite direction – that’s the right way to do it. . :lol
This post was last edited by 1111111 on 2019-4-20 08:30. Instruments with a range that is not bidirectional do not undergo testing under reverse conditions during factory testing. . . There is no obligation to guarantee performance in the opposite direction for you.
Regardless of the quality of the gauge, one should at least be aware of the proper usage guidelines and precautions when applying pressure to it. Now, determine the quality of the instrument.

Recently, during maintenance, 5 double flanges that were deemed unsuitable were removed; as a result, either oil leakage occurred at those flanges or they collapsed.
