Questions regarding the scope of SH/T 3005 glass sheets

I have a question and I hope everyone can help answer it. The range of liquid level gauges made of glass panels recommended in the SH.T 3005 standard is 500, 800, 1100, 1400, 1700, 2000; these values increase by 300 each time. Is it a standard product due to processing reasons? Or is it some other reason?
This range is not fixed; it is customized according to the opening size of the equipment. For example, 900 is possible, as is 1050

I think it’s because a 150mm visual dead zone needs to be reserved above and below, meaning there isn’t enough space at the top and bottom of the glass panel for devices such as valves, so the glass panel cannot be installed there. In fact, the value within the visible range is exactly an integer.
