I’m looking for recommendations for magnetostrictive interface sensors made of titanium, with reliable quality; imported brands would be ideal!
1 Why choose special materials? If corrosion resistance is the only consideration, a magnetostrictive interface gauge with an outer lining can be selected. 2 If the temperature is too high, since the magnetostrictive waveguide wire is placed inside a tube, it will be affected and not function properly. 3. The pressure is too high; it’s difficult for the float ball to handle such high pressures, and even if it’s possible, the price will not be low. Therefore, if the temperature is not high and the pressure is not high, a lined magnetostrictive type is recommended. If the temperature or pressure is high, it is recommended to use a float level (with slightly lower accuracy than magnetostrictive ones)
Tantalum materials are quite valuable. Low-end metals for poor farmers. Let Lord Yang make one made of gold and platinum, something luxurious and high-class. :P
I’ve used it; it doesn’t work well! It uses Magnetrol!
