Experts, please take a look. The status monitoring interface for Yokogawa cards shows an alarm regarding the communication card, but the communication status on the DCS side appears normal. What kind of alarm is this? How to find the location of an alarm point? How to handle it? Thank you~~~~
Check all the contact points to see what changes have occurred in the points defined on this module
It’s the same here; I’ve tried replugging it and reducing the IOM load as well, but it didn’t work
This should have left and right redundancy. 1C is even the first channel, the first port. In other words, there is a problem with the communication of the device connected to your first port.
So 1C originally meant the first port, I’ve learned something new, thanks!
Red indicates a fault; it could be a hardware issue or a communication problem. You can try plugging it in and out to see if that helps, and if that doesn’t work, check for any errors in the wiring. The DCS side of the communication point shows normal operation; it seems that the communication card on the right side is working properly. There are no defined points on the faulty card you have
The cause has been identified: it was an error made by the instrument technician during configuration, as the station address for one communication point was entered incorrectly; once this was corrected, the system returned to normal
