We use 40-kilogram superheated steam, and Anubaa flow meters are employed for measuring its flow. After approximately four years of use, the steam flow rate suddenly increased significantly. Various checks were carried out within the production process, and it was ultimately determined that the problem lay with the flow meters. The transmitter has been replaced, and the cooling tank of the Añuba flow meter was drained several times, but there was no improvement. After removing the insulation from the condensation tank, the steam flow rate decreased significantly, but it fluctuates greatly. I hope for some assistance; thank you

This shouldn’t be a normal operation; besides scaling, there’s hardly any waste from steam, right?
The Yokogawa vortex flow meter can be used; vortex flow meters are acceptable, but nozzles cannot be used. There aren’t enough straight sections, and orifice plates are not suitable. Avoid using insertion-type or even V-taper types unless it is absolutely necessary. For reference.
There may be air accumulation in the pressure tap pipe, or the annular seal may be deformed
This is definitely a problem with the equipment’s hardware, or it could be an issue with the original components, or perhaps a problem with the secondary transduction part. You can try replacing the parts
What does \"Aniuba deformation\" mean? Are there any examples?
Suggestion: Remove the transmitter, then open the positive and negative pressure pipes and flush them vigorously to see if anything can be discharged. Finally, reinstall the transmitter and put it into use. This method may not necessarily solve the problem, but it’s worth trying.
