Those that can discharge waste should be arranged in a row; for those with poor performance, check the zero point and calibrate if there is any drift. Once the flow meter is installed, it is difficult to determine whether it is accurate or not; only the error can be ascertained. Unless assisted by measures such as liquid level or weighing, it is not possible to confirm whether the flow rate is accurate.
What measuring element? What brand for differential voltage?
For differential pressure gauge inspection: first, check whether the positive and negative pressures are unobstructed; second, check if the zero point is offset. This is the most common method at this time. As long as the transmitter is not damaged, these two points are normal. There’s no problem with the flow meter. Damage inside the differential pressure element is also invisible; inaccurate flow rates can only be determined by comparison with other references.

Is it more accurate to include the impurities? “It’s not allowed to discharge after that,” which indicates that other components of the flow meter (such as the transmitter) are inaccurate ; Or the device itself, being filled with isolation fluid (or condensate), may become inaccurate as a result of the isolation fluid being discharged during cleaning operations ; It’s also possible that the reading is accurate after discharge, but people subjectively consider it inaccurate due to being accustomed over time to the readings when there is contamination present.
