In the waste-to-energy industry, air preheaters typically use steam-heated exhaust air preheaters; why can’t flue gas air preheaters used inside the furnace be widely applied? 1. The outlet air temperature of the air preheater is usually between 180 and 250 degrees ； The temperature for imported tobacco can be set between 450 degrees and 600 degrees ； In this way, the wall temperature will not exceed that of the superheater walls in medium-temperature and medium-pressure waste heat boilers. 2. In the waste management industry, the flue gas temperature at the inlet of the superheater in medium-temperature and medium-pressure waste heat boilers is less than 650 degrees; the material commonly used for heat exchangers in such applications is 12Cr1MoVG. So, using the same material should not pose any problems, right? 3. We use an extracombustion flue gas air preheater, which needs to be replaced after 3 years of use. Could anyone provide some suggestions?
The temperature you selected does indeed help to avoid corrosion caused by high and low temperatures to some extent, but with a flue gas temperature of 450–600°C, are you extracting the flue gas from the superheater section out of the boiler?
Well, extract some of the smoke and then use cooled air to lower the temperature；
