Due to the continuous rainy weather in recent days, there has been an excessive amount of water accumulated in the weighbridge pit, causing the weighbridge to rise overall and the modules to deform, as shown in the image
For Sartorius weighing scales, the sensors may need to be imported.
The inspection results are in: two modules are damaged, and the power board has been flooded with water and needs to be replaced. We are waiting for the replacement parts to arrive
That’s exactly the problem with floor scales – the junction box can be placed right next to the scale; there’s no need to put it under the weighing platform
For products that are to be submerged in water for extended periods, those meeting the IP68 standard should be chosen and sealed with adhesive.
This time, it is planned to pull out the junction box and install a bracket beside it
