Cleaning of Emerson mass flow meters

How often do the mass flow meters of the Emerson CMF series need to be cleaned? (Is it possible to check a certain parameter inside the flow meter in order to determine whether cleaning is needed?)
Generally, no special cleaning is required, but for those that may tend to crystallize, it is still best to rinse them with steam when the machine is stopped. If it’s a table for trade settlement, then rinse it before the strict inspection.
