Branded instruments cannot have functional errors. It might be that you installed it incorrectly. The correct way to install it is to place the probe at the bottom of the U-shaped bend, ensuring that the probe remains submerged in the fluid at all times. If installed on a horizontal pipe, the probe cannot be submerged in the liquid, causing the solution to dry up and damage the probe.
