For manufacturers of valves in this area, imported brands are generally chosen; there are low-power solenoid valves from ASCO, with power consumption apparently below 4W
Since you have installed safety barriers, only intrinsically safe solenoid valves can be used. It has a low power consumption of 4W, so it simply can’t provide enough power and thus cannot function. The maximum current for intrinsically safe types does not exceed 50 Ma, with a power of around 1 W. It’s better to choose the imported one! Coils rarely break!
Is the explosion-proof zone classified as Zone 0? Zone 1? Zone 2? If it’s not Zone 0, simply remove the safety barrier and use an explosion-proof solenoid coil; there are many domestic and imported brands available to choose from, as long as they meet the relevant standards. There’s no need to set higher requirements than necessary, as that would only limit one’s options
If modification is possible, simply replace it with an intrinsically safe valve island; only Burkert offers such ones
