Can the pressure guide pipe’s electric heating system monitor temperature and issue an alarm when the temperature becomes too high? Is this product available now? I am aware of self-regulating electric heating tapes. Nowadays, clients in tender requests require the ability to monitor temperature and generate high-level alarm signals; I’m not sure if such products exist. If any of you have used it or are aware of it, please let me know. I am extremely grateful

To be able to monitor the temperature of the gauge pressure tube, a temperature sensing cable is required; however, it’s difficult to use electric heating for this purpose, so it’s not feasible. But this means a large investment – is it really necessary? Temperature sensing cables can monitor the temperature within the area where the cables are installed in real time. They can automatically detect the highest temperature, display it in real time, and also issue alarm signals. Generally, multi-point temperature conversion grids of MTL, P+F, and Moore are used.
