The instruments are heated with steam; is the steam recycled? I’m looking for a design diagram or schematic for steam heating of instruments.
Steam tracing: Connect the steam pipes to the highest point of the tracing system at once, and then gradually extend the tracing downward; the water at the lowest point is discharged through a drain； The hot water from the strainer can be recovered and reused through the device’s condensate recovery system, or it can be discharged directly (which is energy-inefficient and not recommended). Heat tracing pipes should avoid large vertical movements, as this can easily cause steam water hammer vibrations. So essentially, it’s one set of instruments per circuit.
Steam is not a permanent gas; so how can it be recycled? Can steam turn back into steam without being reheated after it condenses?
Steam tracing consists of two parts: the supply tray and the return tray. The steam passes through a trap in the return tray before being returned to the condensate system for reuse
Are there detailed design drawings for the heating supply tray and return tray? I’d like to learn about them.
I would like to ask if the transmitter in the insulated box comes with a mounting bracket? If so, where is it installed?
