It is showing the fault indicated in the diagram; what exactly are the problems? Also, is there a Chinese electronic version of the manual for this pH electrode and pH transmitter? Taking it apart to take a look, it seems the glass ball is damaged. The digital display device I have isn’t as good as yours; it doesn’t even indicate where the problem lies. It took 2 and a half years before it broke; the quality is quite good. I’ll have to replace it in about a month now – the glass balls have shattered and the flow rate of the medium isn’t fast enough.
PH is originally a consumable item; it’s good that it has held up this long. There are hints on the table header; just replace it.
This message appears because the analyzer has detected that the high impedance between the inside of the glass electrode and the medium has disappeared; in other words, there is now a connection between the inside of the glass electrode and the medium. Theoretically, there should be a glass bulb in between, so it can be removed to check – if the bulb is not broken, it should at least have some cracks. It seems that your electrode should be the 396P model; information can be found on Emerson’s official website. https://www.emerson.cn/zh-cn, select Automation Solutions – Products – Liquid Analysis; choose model 1066 under Transmitters and series 396 under pH
The glass electrode is damaged, which disrupts the ionic diffusion equilibrium and results in a potential value that is outside the acceptable range; replacing the electrode tip is necessary, as it is a consumable item
The pH meter probe needs to be replaced; it basically has to be changed on a regular basis.
