What is this E+H meter used for?

The 16m tank is equipped with 2 radar level gauges, and there are two such instruments below the tank; I suspect they are split-type radars. Was my judgment correct?
It’s both right and not quite right – this gauge is actually a process indicator. Since it’s located in the tank area, it indicates the liquid level. It’s different from conventional indicators; it functions like a small PLC with input capabilities, capable of outputting values such as high/low liquid levels
Radar systems generally don’t come with a separate unit; this is an optional indicator placed next to the tank, which makes it easier for inspection personnel to check the liquid level without having to climb onto the top of the tank.
It’s like a split-screen device, so there’s no need to climb up and down;P
