Problems with the pneumatic valve air tube

Dear colleagues, an expert came to the company for an inspection and found that the air pipes on the pneumatic valves were made of nylon; he suggested replacing them with metal pipes. I would like to ask if there are any relevant standards or requirements regarding this.
Without standards, metals are more durable
It would be safer to make changes; sigh,,, Old ideas really can’t be changed. Why are the minds of these \"experts\" so stubborn? Why don’t they keep up with the times? Nylon instrument tubing can be used within a certain pressure range; it has been widely employed for over 30 years. There seem to be many problems identified by such “experts” these days :)

Generally, indoor units in environments with favorable conditions use nylon air supply pipes, while metal pipes are required for outdoor use or in production facilities to ensure safety.

HGT20510-2014 Appendix 8 Selection of Pipe Materials and Diameter: 8.1.2 Nylon pipes and PVC pipes can also be used for the piping on the downstream side of the air supply ball valve.
This needs to be chosen based on the specific operating conditions, as each option has its advantages and disadvantages
