Regarding the calibration of external-mounted level switches

It’s been in use for several years; I’ve never seen any instructions for it, nor are there any magnetic rods. I prepare calibration records every year, but I’m not really sure exactly how to carry out the calibration. All I know is that there are terms like ‘full scale’ and ‘zero scale’. In my understanding, ‘zero scale’ refers to the switch that sets the upper limit, essentially forcing a signal to be sent in order to trigger an alarm. “A value that reaches the upper limit also triggers a mandatory alarm. I’m not sure if what I said is correct; please advise, experts! :handshake
The liquid level is generally equipped with high-high limit, high limit, low limit, and low-low limit to ensure operation within a reasonable range, preventing both emptying and overfilling of the tank. Which two of the above correspond specifically to the full mark and empty mark here?
