1. Fix the workpiece to be tested on the bracket of the temperature measuring device; 2. Set the flow switch knob of the valve assembly under test (installed in an exposed manner) to the off position, and turn on the cold and hot water control switches on the temperature measuring device ; 3. After turning on the control switches for cold and hot water supply on the temperature testing machine, set the flow switch knob on the part being tested to the off position, and carefully observe the part in question; there should be no leakage at the connection point between the pressing die and the main body, nor at the outlet where the mixed water exits. If there is leakage at the outlet of the mixed water, it indicates that the positions of the ceramic moving and stationary plates are incorrect, or that ceramic plates in the correct and reverse orientations have been mixed together ; If there is leakage at the connection between the pressure stem and the main body, it indicates that the ceramic moving and stationary plates in the flow switch section of the valve body are not properly sealed, or the \"0\" mark on the stationary plate is not sealed properly ; 4. Turn on the flow control knob, and carefully check each connection for any signs of water leakage; if such leakage is detected, the workpiece under test should be removed immediately ; 5. Rotate the temperature control knob counterclockwise to the high-temperature position, then turn off the hot water supply valve; subsequently, it should be possible to observe in the left window that the mixed water flow is also stopped ; 6. Turn the temperature control knob clockwise to the low-temperature position, then turn off the cold water supply valve; subsequently, it should be possible to observe in the left window that the mixed water flow is also stopped. In the event of leakage, a large amount of dripping will occur
