What is the difference between expansion projects and renovation projects? How to define it?
Expansion adds to what already exists, while renovation involves improving what was originally imperfect
As the name implies, expansion refers to the act of enlarging or extending something； Expand the site and add new equipment on top of the existing foundation ； Renovation involves improvement and enhancement; building on the existing foundation, it addresses the current unreasonable aspects, allows for the replacement of certain equipment, etc., to carry out upgrades, but the overall structure remains the same as before
Renovation refers to maintaining the same production capacity, while expansion means an increase in both production capacity and equipment.
