Wuzhong instruments have a very low failure rate, as after-sales support is readily available in Ningxia
I come from the construction industry, and I’ve been working on various projects. The most common control valves I’ve encountered are those from Fisher, a company under Emerson; their failure rate is very low. I’ve only encountered one issue with them, and that was due to a problem on our part as the construction team – the air supply pipe wasn’t purged properly, which led to blockage of the actuator nozzles. The only thing that’s frustrating is that it’s difficult to adjust the settings on their control valves.
Manufacturers often fail to remember the names; among those that perform well are the control valves produced by Chuanyi.
China Nuclear Su Valve has a low failure rate during operation.
Zhejiang Deka, Shanghai No. 7 Factory of Automatic Instruments. The overall quality is quite good.
Fisher – now part of Rosemount; reliable and stable, but a bit expensive with long lead times.
Chuanyi and Wuzhong Instrument, as well as the imported Fisher and Yamatake brands. All of them are useful.
The year before last, they came to our factory for instrument maintenance during a major overhaul, but their work was not very good. . .
