Common problems in cable installation: 9. During cable laying, the cables are pulled forcefully using steel pipe scaffolding; they may also rub against other hard objects, or insufficient length is left after installation. l Analysis and prevention: Pulling cables forcefully is prohibited, as this can easily damage the cable’s insulation layer or break the internal metal conductors. During installation, friction between cables and between cables and other hard objects should be avoided ； When fixing, a reserved length should be left for each cable. Cables installed within cable trays must not be stretched straight; instead, a margin should be left to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction.
