I saw on the pressure gauge of the reactor that the reading kept fluctuating back and forth between ER07 and 2 kPa. However, the technician in the workshop said this was because the reactor wasn’t running; once it started operating, the reading would stabilize. But I still feel there’s something wrong. Do I need to check the manual for the instrument?
It’s best to check what the fault code is! Some settings show an error when the value fluctuates to just a little below zero, but this is unlikely!
You need to check what kind of pressure gauge you have from which manufacturer; some manufacturers’ pressure gauges emit an error signal when the pressure reading is 0, while showing a normal reading when there is pressure present.
Check what the range is; 2 kPa is negligible in terms of repeatability over a large range, and it represents normal fluctuations. The E07 alarm is likely an alarm related to the lower limit, that is, values below 0 KPa
You can check what the fault code means according to the manual
It indicates that the pressure in your reactor is unstable – is it the pressure gauge on site? Or an electric contact pressure gauge

Just move the zero and remove the alarm, and that’ll solve it
