For pressure pipelines, the issues include too many bends, pressure-taking devices located at bends or dead ends, pressure-taking pipes extending into the fluid, the isolation valve being too close to the pressure-taking device, and the installation of the pressure conduit not ensuring an appropriate inclination
The instrument pressure guide tubes were not cleaned or purged before installation; no secondary purging was carried out after the airtightness test, and no expansion compensation bends were used during installation
