My workplace didn’t have any automation systems before; now, as part of the relocation and upgrading process, there is a requirement for automated instrumentation. My supervisor has asked that operators be trained for this purpose. If anyone has ready-made PPTs for such training, I would be extremely grateful. For upgrades and renovations, it is best to require system suppliers and equipment suppliers to provide targeted training based on the equipment on site and to prepare operation and maintenance procedures; this is both the obligation of the suppliers and the right of the owner.

First, you need to count the instruments that are in use at your factory and cause strain. Record the brands of various instruments, and then gather PPT materials for different brand types. Let’s organize it again.
There are so many PPTs; you can try looking for them on Baidu Wenku~~ You even don’t mention what types of controllers are used in the factory, or which brand of DCS is in use – it’s really impossible to provide that information……
Isn’t it bad to have no hands-on practice? Just link the DCS programs together and set up the MCS linkage. That’s it
