Dear sea friends, I have a question: Medium: carbonization gas (viscous, with tar dust; please consider using more force when opening and closing the valve). Temperature: 500 degrees; Pre-valve pressure: 102 KPA, closing pressure difference: 20 KPA; (flammable, zero leakage required) Which type of cut-off valve is more suitable for this application? Ball valve?
With pre-valve pressure and closing differential, what other pressure ratings are needed?
It seems that the ball valve is the best choice. Others may be unfit. The worst thing is dust. For reference.
I checked some samples; many can withstand temperatures of over 400 degrees. Which type of stainless steel can handle temperatures up to 600 degrees?

Generally, these types of valves have soft seals; it’s quite difficult to find ones with hard seals. In such an environment, the valves used require a certain cutting action at their openings in order to achieve tight sealing after closure. It’s hard to find.
For our medium, hydrogen, with a high pressure difference and normal temperature conditions, piston-type actuator metal gate valves are used, and no internal leakage has occurred; this is for reference only
What kind of processing stage is this? The temperature is so high; usually, the temperature of gas isn’t that high
