The Hilscher MACS5.2.3 server computer will not start; is it possible to reinstall the system manually, using XP SP3? What servers can be used as substitutes, such as industrial computers or commercial PCs?
It gets stuck on this screen; when I press F12 and choose to boot from the USB drive, it stays stuck there
Try entering from safe mode; if it works, then exit and start normally. Some faults are caused by hardware issues, and reinstalling the system won’t resolve them; therefore, they can be taken to a computer technician for inspection first.
I reinstalled the system from the internet, and there are no issues with using it
Reinstalling it by yourself is no problem; it’s best to use the original XP version, not the Ghost version
Export the logic program inside, then reinstall the system; if that doesn’t work, it’s a hardware issue – replace the computer
In the end, it was found that there was another small fan on the motherboard that wasn’t spinning
