The DHE-DR radar level gauge from Dinghua Electronics primarily uses a measurement technique based on FMCW frequency-modulated continuous waves. It measures the time difference between the reflected radar waves and the transmitted waves; through an intelligent echo analysis system, this time-based measurement is converted into a frequency-based measurement. By combining this with pure digital processing techniques, the liquid level can be determined. When selecting radar level gauges, the following points should be taken into consideration for all such selections. 1. The type of medium being measured, liquid or solid. If it is a liquid: Is there steam, fog, foam, waves, stirring, or floating particles on the surface? ; If it is a solid: is there dust? 2. The minimum to maximum temperature, and minimum to maximum pressure of the medium. 3. Corrosivity of the medium: If it is stored in a tank, the radar level gauge needs to know the material of the tank and whether it has an anti-corrosion lining. 4. Does a high-frequency radar level gauge require explosion protection and corrosion resistance? 5. What is the measurement range in meters, and what is the required blind zone? 6. Connection method: flange connection, threaded connection. 7. Working environment: such as open tanks, tanks with lids, horizontal tanks, vertical tanks, spherical tanks, and whether the tanks are at atmospheric pressure. 8. Operating voltage: 24VDC. 9.
