Double-circuit diagrams can no longer be produced; the DCS wiring diagrams are provided by the manufacturers, and there’s no idea regarding the complete sets of equipment. In fact, even the plan views showing the layout of the instrument points can no longer be created. It’s getting increasingly difficult to carry out construction work these days. I will periodically update with photos of the instrumentation devices I encounter as well as those of on-site installations. I hope that novice designers will stop creating unrealistic concepts
There are many photos related to instrumentation. Instrumentation is considered a minor specialty, but its installation is quite complex; few design firms provide diagrams for the piping related to instrumentation – instead, they handle the installation of gas pipelines on-site
Friend, thank you for sharing; I hope we can continue this in the future. There’s a problem: those three Bentley probes on the units are likely not designed to measure displacement; displacement should be measured perpendicular to the thrust disc. In your photo, the view is straight on the main shaft.
In favor; the Bentley probe on the engine unit should have two vibrations and one key phase.
I didn’t ask for piping diagrams either; at the very least, give me a plan view of the instrument layout. The process layout can be adjusted to produce that. If the two-wire circuit diagram is not provided for settlement, what is used to calculate the instrument circuit?
Regarding the engine unit, I feel that both Shen Gu and Shaanxi Blower use similar templates; after working on 2 sets, one becomes proficient in it. The instruments aren’t particularly important; what matters most is being a good fitter
I wrote it but didn’t capture it; I’m sorry for the imprecise description. In fact, there is a probe that moves within the cylinder head
There are too few construction drawings during the project construction phase.
