Is Emerson’s sales channel that limited? A project requires some control valves, including single-seat valves, triple-eccentric butterfly valves, ball valves, as well as several self-acting control valves. Contact Fisher’s sales team and state that they only handle single-seat valves and are not responsible for other types. We request Fisher valves for single-seat valves, Vanessa valves for triple-eccentric valves, and KTM valves for ball valves; actually, they are all brands under Emerson. Why can’t we place an order for them all together? Did I pick the wrong person, or is it just this sales model? Has anyone encountered this situation? How was it resolved?
If you contact Emerson directly, it will be like this; if you turn to a domestic agent, they can package everything together for you. For ball valves, you might consider using our products – they are just as good as Emerson’s ones, and they have also passed TUV’S SIL3 certification.
Imported valves are indeed sometimes like this; different from domestic ones, they have a different level of service orientation
Instrument distributors have integrated channels, but they have to pay a fee to the distributors
