There is a PT100 thermal resistor connected to the Rosemount 3051 transmitter on site, but the transmitter has no temperature output display. Remove the thermal resistor wiring at the transmitter end, and there is no problem in measuring the resistance. Use a loop calibrator to connect it to the transmitter to simulate the PT100 resistance value. After the transmitter temperature shows normal, remove the PT100 resistor and connect it next to the transmitter. The transmitter temperature displays normal and the transmitter is inserted into the casing. There is still no display of the transmitter temperature.

pt100 then 3051? Isn't 3051 a pressure transmitter?
First of all, you have to determine whether your transmitter is pressure or temperature. In my impression, temperature transmitters are generally integrated. I have never seen separate ones, unless the PT100 is connected to a secondary meter for display.
Let’s use the simplest and most effective method. Take the thermal resistor, transmitter, and bushing and replace these combinations to see where the fault is.
Try changing the cable from the thermal resistor to the transmitter.
Since there is no problem connecting the removed thermal resistor to the temperature changer, the only thing left to do is to check the line between the thermal resistor and the temperature changer.

Also, the line from PT100 to the transmitter has not been checked.
You came out to cause trouble, Rosemount temperature change 644/248, you made 3051 pressure transmitter to fool everyone. . . If such a simple problem cannot be solved, there is not much room for technological development in this industry.
