Abnormal output from the EJA transmitter

This post was last edited by zxg.wylton on 2021-7-16 09:10. The table can be disassembled for on-site calibration, including the table’s LCD display and the DCS circuit current. Once it is installed, the purging function doesn’t work properly; the pressure is close to 0, but the circuit current remains at 22.4 mA. When purging is not enabled, everything works normally with pressure at 0 and normal current levels.
Try resetting the D/A trim
Is it the same power supply when it’s removed and when it’s online? Is there any power interference?
See what the column headers show. Rule out issues with the lines and channels.
Is the purging pressure too high, and is the transmitter set to display 0 when it exceeds its range?
If the table verification is fine, then switch to another channel. If that channel is okay, check whether there are any issues with the data source, such as blockages or leaks.
One possibility is that the diaphragm was damaged during purging
I checked the boiler feed water yesterday; it was 6 MPa, which is excellent.
