Why are some of the socket-weld gate valves in the HG Automatic Control Installation Manual (2012) Φ22 (the majority), while others are Φ23? And the socket-welded reducer sections or terminal fittings connected to them all have a specification of Φ22 PE
It’s probably a typo; it makes sense to use a pipe with diameter 22 for socket welding with an outer diameter of 23. Moreover, there aren’t few items marked as 23; you think the large number of 22s is due to the pressure factor, but in fact both of the first two categories are marked as 23.
What’s the connection between 22 and 23? As long as it can be inserted, what more is there to want?
