The company is currently working on transferring DCS production data to the safety supervision platform. Has this been done before? Are there any specific requirements regarding the data to be uploaded? Which data is required? Do enterprises still have the freedom to make their own choices?
Regardless of the province, the following information must be uploaded: important parameters of major hazard sources and chemically sensitive processes that are under close supervision (such as pressure and temperature of reactors involved in key process steps), alarm information related to flammable and toxic gases, and information on safety interlock actions. Before uploading, the province will issue specific guiding documents, and it is sufficient to follow the requirements outlined in those documents.
I haven’t seen the document yet, so I’m not sure what points are required; I can only guess!
Many provinces started implementing it a long time ago. Which province are you from? Why so late? This is an important part of the three-year action plan; if it isn’t started, your province might face criticism.

Pass on whatever the superiors request. Generally, OPC is installed on the DCS, and additional components are added as needed. Process parameters for major hazard sources – GDS alarms; environmental monitoring parameters – these are reported by the respective organizations, and once they are reported, it’s difficult to reduce them. For example, if you submit some process parameters that have nothing to do with risk factors (such as low liquid level alarms in spherical tanks, low pressure alarms in polymerization reactors and other process control parameters), then reports will keep being generated during maintenance or tank transfer operations.
