How to address issues such as measurement jumps and signal loss in a guided radar level gauge used in tanks with internal floating disks but no guide tubes?
Since a guided wave radar level gauge has been chosen, there must be a guided wave tube. . . Because when the internal floating roof moves with fluctuations in liquid level, it causes relatively significant interference to the guide radar
Since it’s an internal floating roof and you don’t have a waveguide, then what will you use to guide the waves? Guiding rod? Guided wave cable? How do you measure this one? Why not use pulsed radar?
Guided wave radar doesn’t have a guided wave tube – so how is it used? Or perhaps it would be possible to use a different level gauge or a regular radar
