As shown in the figure, this is the SIL certificate for a valve. The parts highlighted in green represent the two issues I identified: 1. Why are both SF1 and SF2 set to \"TO CLOSE ON DEMAND\"? Shouldn’t one be set to \"CLOSE\" and the other to \"OPEN\"? 2. Why is only a PFD for 1oo2 provided, and no PFD for 1oo1? 3. Based on the information in this diagram, how can structural constraints be determined?
I’m not familiar with valve technology, but I think there should be no problem with the certificates. Such certificates represent both responsibility and credibility; cheating on them is simply asking for trouble

The certificate is genuine, but the organization that issues it is not recognized worldwide, including by **authoritative bodies. This is our factory’s SIL3 certification, issued by German TUV.
I asked some manufacturers of control valves, and they said that certificates are not issued for individual valves, but rather for the valves they manufacture as a whole.
. The authenticity of the certificate is not important; what matters is that its source is reliable. The certificate applies only to the samples sent for testing; most manufacturers conduct inspections only when the product is finalized or for an entire batch. Sellers, agents, and distributors provide corresponding guarantees based on the manufacturer’s assessment results (ranging from providing copies to offering guarantees with their own credibility). As an aside: 30 years ago, when dealing with BASF, I needed a product certificate (for the floating ball). During the first communication, the Germans said they did not know what it was and sent over a stack of documents, including the furnace numbers for the bolt steel, but there was no \"certificate of conformity\" as mentioned by the Chinese. After repeated discussions, the Germans said, “Our shipping documents are what you need.” A few years later, when dealing with the Germans again, their product manuals included a dedicated page on \"quality assurance\". Regardless of the authenticity of the owner’s certificate, this certificate only guarantees that 1oo2 can achieve SIL3 in a \"TO CLOSE ON DEMAND\" state; nothing else is guaranteed. The reason could be that it cannot be achieved, or it may not have been evaluated.
The ECM’s certificate lacks credibility
Indeed, the ECM certificate is just for show – don’t take it seriously.
Isn’t the ECM something that issues certificates in exchange for payment? Many domestic products use this type of ECM. First, check it on their official website using the serial number; some inferior brands don’t even pay for this and simply create their own certificates. . . The data can only be considered to have some reference value, but calculations still require it; therefore, one has to choose an option that isn’t too far from the correct answer to use.:
