Process design for styrene unloading and tank farm

I am currently working on a project for a styrene storage area, and I plan to use 4 horizontal storage tanks with a capacity of 50 cubic meters each, equipped with nitrogen sealing. There are several issues that need to be considered: 1. The styrene storage tanks require cooling water to control the temperature in summer. The initial plan is to use horizontal tanks with cold water jackets; I’m wondering if there is any experience with using such tanks that could serve as a reference. I found designs online that use internal coils along with agitators, but I couldn’t find any designs that incorporate jackets; I’m not sure whether such a design would work. 2. Are there any recommended types of tank level gauges that can help avoid the impact of polymers? Are there any other options besides radar and blowing-type differential pressure level gauges? 3. Is a crane pipe required for unloading styrene, or can a flexible metal hose be used?
