1. The instrument connection fitting (nozzle) of the single-flange level gauge should be at a distance of more than 300 mm from the bottom of the tank, and in a position that facilitates maintenance. 2. The installation height of the double-flange remote-transmission differential pressure level gauge should not be higher than the lower pressure-taking flange on the container, and the zero point and negative drift amount must be calculated accurately. Angle steel or steel pipes should be used to secure the conductive capillary, and insulation measures should be taken in areas with large fluctuations in ambient temperature. 3. The installation of differential pressure transmitters for measuring liquid levels must meet the following requirements: a) The distance between the upper and lower pressure-taking instrument connectors (nozzles) should be greater than the required measurement range; the distance from the lower pressure-taking instrument connector (nozzle) to the bottom of the tank should be at least 200 mm, and it should be positioned away from the liquid outlet. The upper pressure-taking instrument connector (nozzle) should also be kept away from the gas phase inlet; if this cannot be achieved, measures should be taken to prevent backflow ; b) When measuring the level of volatile or condensable fluids, an isolation tank should be installed on the negative pressure side (the gas phase), or isolation tanks should be installed on both the positive and negative pressure sides, with the zero point and negative drift being calculated accurately; c) When measuring the level of liquid in the steam boiler drum, a temperature-compensating balance vessel should be installed, and it is advisable to provide heating and insulation for the pressure transfer tubes. 4. When using the plug-back method to measure the liquid level, the end of the pressure guide tube should be at least 200 mm away from the bottom of the tank, and it should be cut into a sloped shape.
