Certification of explosion-proof electrical equipment

It is common sense that electrical equipment in explosion-proof areas must be explosion-proof. If fuel-powered vehicles must be used in explosion-proof areas, such as fuel-powered forklifts (which cannot be replaced by battery-powered ones), can such vehicles be certified as explosion-proof? Or is explosion protection certification only required for the engine? Will the issuing authority accept it?
Vehicles are not allowed to enter Zones 0 and 1 of the factory (you can notice the signs prohibiting vehicles from entering these areas). In Zone 2 (which is usually a green area or a road for vehicles), temporary vehicles (fuel-powered cars) must wear fire helmets.
