The water reducer is an alcohol ether that crystallizes below 50 degrees Celsius; it contains foam in its liquid state. Which type of flow meter would be suitable?
Mass flow meter with insulation and heating
Generally, a mass flow meter is used, along with insulation and heating. Where is it to be used? There should be no foam after curing. What is the bubble component of water reducers?
This type has large metering errors; I think it’s best to use a metering pump.
Consider the pipe diameter and flow range, as well as whether a metal rotor with jacket is needed; vortex flow meters and differential pressure types can be considered
Crystallization isn’t scary; the key is to have foam
