Safety accessories on pressure vessels

Ladies and gentlemen, our company currently conducts mandatory inspections on safety accessories for pressure vessels, such as pressure gauges and safety valves; these inspections are carried out by the Metrology Institute. For level gauges and thermometers, annual inspections are carried out by ourselves. I would like to ask whether level gauges and thermometers also require mandatory inspection? Are there any relevant specifications?

In reality, it’s impossible to conduct mandatory verification of instruments such as those measuring temperature and liquid level. The submitting entities or metrology institutes simply don’t have enough manpower to handle this task (metrology institutes certainly won’t make anyone work overtime). So, in the end, do the factories just have to wait there? ? ? At present, when experts come for inspections, they only require mandatory calibration of pressure gauges and safety valves; the rest are to be calibrated by oneself, with proper records kept.
