Network configuration issues with the Zhejiang Zhongkong DCS system

The computers at the operation station and engineer station were checked via network connections; the connections to Control Network A/Control Network B were normal. The network cable for the operation network had been pulled out, but configuration updates could still be sent via that network. What’s going on? The computers in the operation station and engineer station have only A/B network cards connected by network cables; does anyone know how to set up the network?
In the network settings, under the advanced IPv4 settings, there are two IP addresses: 128.128.2.130 and 128.128.5.130. If 128.128.5.130 is not available, it will not be possible to publish the network. I don’t know what the principle is

Network A: 128.128.1.130; Network B: 128.128.2.130. The operational network, which is combined with Network B, is 128.128.5.130
