We work with temperature in relation to the refrigerant; at first, we adjust the temperature setting while proceeding with the process, trying several times to determine what temperature is appropriate. The temperature will rise initially, and we check how much more it can go up. After closing the valve, we see how much the temperature can drop. We then keep the upper and lower limits within acceptable ranges, and finally set the appropriate temperature value. Heat transfer steam is linked to pressure, and most of the others are linked to temperature as well. And for flow regulation, controlling the flow is also no problem.
