I would like to ask: when a burst disc and a safety valve are used in series, there is a pressure gauge in between. Does this pressure gauge need to be inspected regularly?
It is necessary, and it must also be calibrated as a precision measuring instrument
I went to the scene and took a photo. Are there any regulations requiring an assessment?
There is no mandatory inspection; it’s just that once the burst disc ruptures, this can be seen directly on the pressure gauge. Even if the pressure gauge is inaccurate, it doesn’t have much impact – it’s sufficient to know that the burst disc has failed :)

The installation of your rupture disc in series with the safety valve does not meet the specification requirements; the length of the pipe between the rupture disc and the safety valve should not be more than 5 times the diameter of the pipe, and the pipe length in your case is clearly too long.
