As the title suggests, does everyone use pressure guiding pipes to draw out the steam for measurement? If it is drawn out for measurement, are insulation boxes and heat tracing also required?
Ba type flowmeters such as Aniuba and Weiliba are inserted into pipes for measurement. Proper heat tracing and insulation should be provided for the pressure tapping pipes.
With direct installation using a single flange, could the temperature be too high and damage the gauge?

Considering the amount of steam present: 1) If it is below 2S (133.5), it is possible to use a flange for direct installation (generally, transmitters require a temperature lower than 120°C); If the temperature is higher than this, installation using a capillary flange should be adopted (pay attention to the temperature of the capillary silicone oil). 2) If a pressure guide tube is used, the installation diagrams and design specifications require that such tubes be as short as possible; in this case, insulation alone is sufficient, without the need for heating, depending on the local temperature. If a condensation tank is used, the pressure guide tubes are relatively long, and if the local minimum temperature is below 0°C, then heating must be added. 3) In terms of cost, the prices of those with a strength of around 150 lb are roughly the same ; If the weight class is high and the capillary attached is long, the pressure guiding tube is inexpensive, but its maintenance is rather troublesome
