Please advise on the irregularities in the installation of the instruments shown in the diagram
No explosion-proof flexible pipe was connected, no wire gland was used, no supports were installed, no base wires were laid, and there were no markings, etc
It is too close to the surrounding railing, which hinders observation
The on-site instruments lack explosion-proof measures and are in a state of non-explosion protection.
The cables coming out of the conduit lack protective caps; explosion-proof putty has been applied to the openings of the conduit. The guard bars prevent observation, and it’s not clear where the wires coming from behind the root valve are – they’re too far away The surface distance is too close to the equipment above
At this site, the concrete floor hasn’t even been laid. The environment is truly harsh
The inlet gland does not match the outer diameter of the cable
