How to refill the sealant in a diaphragm pressure gauge when it leaks

Due to mistakes during maintenance, the sealing fluid in many diaphragm pressure gauges leaked completely, rendering those gauges unusable. Does anyone know how to refill the sealing fluid? For example, silicone oil or vegetable oil. What is the amount of filling required for different pressure gauges? The common range values for these pressure gauges are 0-1.0, 0-1.6, and 0-2.5 MPa. Those who know the answer please advise; a certain degree of error is acceptable in terms of the accuracy of the pressure gauges.
