But after it was put into operation this time, the fluctuations became extremely large, and it’s not possible to use a control valve for automatic flow regulation.
It may be caused by the following reasons: 1. The flow meter is installed in the wrong location, for example, the direction of the fluid inlet and outlet was not taken into account, or the accessories were not installed properly. 2. Changes in the viscosity, temperature, or pressure of the fluid can all affect the measurement results of the flow meter. 3. Damage or wear of the internal components of the flow meter, such as sensors or valves. It is recommended to carry out the following inspections and maintenance: 1. Verify that the flow meter is installed in the correct position, ensure that the inlet and outlet directions are correct, and check whether any accessories are installed. 2. Check and record the temperature, pressure, and viscosity of the fluid to determine whether they are within the appropriate ranges. 3. Regularly carry out maintenance and repair work on the flow meter, including cleaning and replacing damaged components. -
